Hair Fall : Is Stress a most important factor for it?
Hair is the natural ornament of mankind. It plays important role in appearance and personality building. People often prefer healthy and strong hair, for that they invests large sum of money on hair products, hair stylists, and later on the dermatologist. Most of them are unaware that the problem is inside their head. Instead of coping up with the outer situations, one must try to reduce the chaos inside their head.
There is a medical term ‘Telogen Effluvium' which means a reversible condition in which hair falls out after a stressful experience. The stress pushes large numbers of hair follicles into a resting phase. Within a few months, those hairs can fall out. Types of stress can include surgery, childbirth and serious illness. Do you know hair fall is normal? Our hair falls daily. Everyday about 100 hair falls which is normal but during stress the number of falling of hair increases to 500-600 per day. In some cases it heals suddenly but in some cases it heals after the period of stress ends.

2. Doing physical exercise : One must do physical exercise regularly as it helps in maintaining physical as well as mental health. Stress leads your body to produce hormone called adrenaline on large basis which results in sudden hair fall. Doing regular exercise reduces the adrenaline in your body.
3. Sleep and Relax : The most important factor for the good body and health is enough 6-8 hours of sleep. Good sleep is very important to tackle stress.
Once you starts having good sleep, you yourself going to notice decrease in hair fall.
Relaxation is also important. Relax your mind and body. It doesn't requires any special process. You just have to find a calm and peaceful place to relax your body and mind. It will also help in maintaining your positive nature high.
4. Eat Good and Healthy Food : Make your eating habit healthy. Avoid taking oily and fast foods which affects your body health and simultaneously your beautiful hair. Make a habit of eating food rich in protein, vitamin and minerals. Eat whole grain breads, dairy products ( milk, cheese, butter, etc.) and poultry products like eggs and chickens. Add fish and meat in your diet. Avoid added sugars. Eat lots of green leafy vegetables and fruits.
By following these steps will certainly lead you to be in proper shape as well as good health. It will suddenly slow down your hair fall and will relieve stress.
